The Salted Pig is a gastropub which opened Valentine’s Day 2011, to much acclaim, in historic Downtown Riverside. Since then we have become a city-wide favorite drawing locals and tourists alike to the Inland Empire’s first gastropub. Everything served at The Pig is made in house; notably, from our baked-daily brioche buns, infused alcohols and syrups for our hand-crafted cocktails, to our daily ice cream. We believe in seasonality in cooking, therefore, our menu changes to always offer you ingredients at the peak of perfection. We exclusively feature craft beer from the very best local and World renowned breweries.
The Salted Pig offers 12 rotating draft beers, in addition to the over 40 bottled and canned selections. These have been hand chosen by our expert staff who strive to offer the very best in local, limited release, and rare craft beer.
We at the Salted Pig take our cocktail program as serious as our beer and food. All infused spirits and syrups are made in-house with the intention of making the highest quality cocktails possible.
